Aptura provides a cloud-based project management, file storage, and client collaboration platform designed for creative agencies. Our services include project management tools, team collaboration features, file storage (Agency Drive), client portals, and data migration tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt service integrity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to Aptura. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and backup your content on our servers
• Display your content to authorized users you designate
• Process your content as necessary to provide our services

You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring you have the rights to upload it.

6. Multi-Tenant Architecture

Aptura operates as a multi-tenant platform. Your organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations. You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to other organizations. We implement security measures to maintain data isolation, but you acknowledge that our platform serves multiple customers.

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, Trello, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services and their availability, accuracy, or content.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

10. Intellectual Property

Aptura and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aptura and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services:

• For violations of these terms
• For non-payment of fees
• If required by law
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law.
